Soft Market Testing for the Provision of Mental Health Accommodation

Tender description

At present Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council have a variety of contracting arrangements in place for accommodation services which provide residential and supported living placements for people with mental health needs. Cambridgeshire County Council, Peterborough City Council and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG are intending to undertake a procurement for a Mental Health Accommodation Framework which provides a clear and consistent approach to the market and enables the Commissioners to ensure capacity and quality of provision for this client group. The opportunity is currently being shaped but is likely to comprise of : Residential Services, Complex Supported Living and Supported Living This offers the opportunity to review and re-design services with the aim of placing the Commissioners in a position to offer this opportunity to the market during 2019.
