Tööharjutus on tööturuteenus, mida osutatakse töötukassas arvel olevale töötule tööharjumuse taastamiseks või esmase tööharjumuse omandamiseks. Teenuse tulemusel on töötu valmis jätkama töötukassa poolt pakutavatel teistel teenustel või sisenema tööturule.
