Shared History & Culture Programme – Facilitator for Community History Embroider

Tender description

Community History Embroidery Project: Facilitator to manage the cross-community production of a history-themed embroidery. The facilitator is required to assist 12 cross-community groups spread throughout Newry, Mourne and Down District to work together to create panels for an embroidery inspired by the Bayeux Tapestry, under the Shared History & Culture Programme within PEACE IV Local Action Plan. Competent facilitators are hereby invited to tender to manage and deliver a cross-community production of a history-themed embroidery. The facilitator will be required to source and provide materials, assist groups to select subjects, and organise engagement between the groups, as part of the Shared History and Cultural Programme under the Building Positive Relations theme within PEACE IV Local Action Plan in the Newry, Mourne and Down DC area. The project is supported by the EU PEACE IV programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
