Rother District Council, using a competitive procedure with negotiation, have awarded a contract for a waste collection, recycling, street and beach cleansing and associated services contract on behalf of Rother District Council, Hastings Borough Council and Wealden District Council. See II.2.4 for further information. Rother District Council, using a competitive procedure with negotiation, have awarded a contract for a waste collection, recycling, street and beach cleansing and associated services contract on behalf of Rother District Council, Hastings Borough Council and Wealden District Council. The Contractor is required to provide: household waste collection and recycling services on behalf of Hastings, Rother and Wealden Councils, household bulky waste collection services on behalf of Rother and Wealden Councils, street and beach cleansing services on behalf of Rother and Wealden Councils. The Contractor may also be required to provide: household bulky waste collection and street and beach cleansing services on behalf of Hastings Council, the introduction of household food waste collection services to the 3 participating authorities, chargeable household garden waste collections for Wealden District Council.
