Oldway Mansion is a Grade 2 listed building within the Paignton, South Devon area that has been vacant for a number of years. A 24/7 security service is required to manage the site and deter any break-ins, vandalism, unauthorised access and fire. This Tender process is to appoint an experienced Contractor to provide this service to the Authority.
