Tender description

Spares for RRS Discovery engine thrusters. 2 x Stern Thrusters are up for Class survey and Overhaul. These are required for the vessel to stay within the regulatory classification with DnV. The handback of ES requires the ship to remain in class until 2020. These thrusters form part of that requirement. The parts for this overhaul are only provided by the OEM as each thruster is specifically matched to the ships operating profile.
