Property, Commercial Property and Motor Insurance and Claims Handling Services

Tender description

The Council is seeking tender submissions for annual insurance policies. There are three lots - Lot 1 Property Insurance and Claims Handling Service, Lot 2 Commercial Property Insurance and Claims Handling Service, and Lot 3 Motor Insurance and Claims Handling Service. The contract(s) will be for an initial term of three years with options to extend twice by two years (3+2+2) up to a maximum of seven years. Contract value is between £1.0m and £3.2m depending on contract term and deductibles. Organisations must register their interest on the South East Business Portal in order to receive any changes or notifications issued by the Council during this tender process. The Council will not be held responsible for lack of communication to any organisation who does not register their interest. Clarification questions can also be sent through the Portal.
