Tender description
There are 2 phases to this project over 6 years: — phase 1: Development and implementation of partnering contract, — phase 2: Quality assurance. We are looking to procure specialist services to develop a partnership contract and assist with quality assurances regarding strategic output performance. The consultant will work alongside our in-house procurement team and delivery team in helping shape the new delivery model, including defining the employer’s requirement, and lead in the production of appropriate documentation to support and underpin the new partnering arrangement.
