Tender description

For the provision, delivery and management of a local welfare provision scheme on behalf of the Council. To provide a mechanism, both online and by telephone, for residents to make an application to the scheme and to assess applications received according to the Councils policy. To make relevant awards to successful applicants, in respect of essential household items, or make emergency payments and issue household energy vouchers. To provide goods as such and to provide goods and undertake the management of the delivery of such awards and manage the third party relationships which enable them. To provide financial reconciliation and make detailed reports to the Council, whilst managing appeals and responding to complaints on behalf of the local authority.
