Invitation to Tender for the Annual Inspection of Dublin City Council Playgrounds (Including Multi Use Games Areas (M.U.G.A.’s), outdoor gym circuits & skate parks) in 2 Lots

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to award a contract in 2 lots, for the provision of the annual playground inspections for a 1 year period, with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, of being extended for a further three periods of one year each (maximum 4 years in total). Lot 1 is for playgrounds in Public Parks and Open Spaces Lot 2 is for playgrounds in DCC Flat Complexes and Housing Estates Inspections under each lot are expected to take 3 months (approx) to complete. Tenderers may apply for, and be awarded, one or both of the lots. In order to be awarded both lots DCC must be satisfied that the tenderer is capable of carrying out the requirements of both lots in the same 3 month period. For the avoidance of doubt the term ‘playground’ in this tender and subsequent contract refers to playgrounds, Multi Use Games Areas (M.U.G.A.’s), outdoor gym circuits, skate parks and any other facility of a similar nature under the control of Dublin City Council.
