Invitation to tender for Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Removal and Storage of Christmas Illuminations and associated Equipment

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to award a contract, to a single service provider, for the initial supply, installation, maintenance, removal and safe storage of these proposed lighting projects- Provision of Festive Lighting Projections on Iconic Buildings on a hire basis for the duration of the event (initially, 1st December 2018 to the 2nd January 2019) and two subsequent years at the sole discretion of the Awarding Authority. Purchase of Permanent Decorative Light Installations on to the Wire Support Cables of the Samuel Beckett Bridge and five (5) years maintenance and support. Purchase of temporary Tunnel of Festive Lighting across the Millennium Bridge (initially, 1st December 2018 to the 2nd January 2019) and two subsequent years at the sole discretion of the Awarding Authority. Purchase of temporary enhanced Tree Lighting of O’Connell Street Trees (initially, 1st December 2018 to the 2nd January 2019) and two subsequent years at the sole discretion of the Awarding Authority. Purchase of temporary enhanced Tree Lighting of Parliament Street Trees (initially, 1st December 2018 to the 2nd January 2019) and two subsequent years at the sole discretion of the Awarding Authority. Tenderers must tender for all locations listed in the specification of requirements of this tender. Failure by a tenderer to address any of the requirements of the tender will result in that tender being eliminated from the tender process. Please see the attached tender documents for full details.
