Tender description

YPO is looking to undertake early supplier engagement to establish a compliant route to market to procure insurance and insurance related services. Insurance services will include (but will not be limited to): insurance placement/underwriting — all types of insurance covers, insurance broking, claims litigation services, claims handling services, risk management, engineering inspection, actuary service provision. The aim of pre-engagement will be to understand providers service provision and offer i.e. various insurance products and gain a feedback on providers experience with public sector contracts and challenges faced. YPO’s aim is to design insurance framework that offers access to high quality providers, improves insurance procurement practices, provides process efficiencies and helps to find a balance between quality and price for both providers and YPO’s customers. YPO welcomes providers involvement in shaping and designing the insurance framework. Pre-engagement meetings and conversations will take place between 25.2.2019–22.3.2019.
