Tender description
The Council is seeking to provide a digital health improvement offer to support individuals in Hertfordshire who are obese to make positive behavioural changes to support good physical and mental health as well as working towards and then maintaining a healthy weight. The Council is carrying out this market engagement exercise to seek intelligence from the market in order to help shape any forthcoming procurement. Therefore interested Supplier's are invited to complete and submit the Supplier Questionnaire (please see Appendix A – separate MS Word document) following the instructions in PPME Document. Supplier Questionnaire’s must be received by 12:00 (noon) Monday 25.2.2019. The Council is seeking to provide a digital health improvement offer to support individuals in Hertfordshire who are obese to make positive behavioural changes to support good physical and mental health as well as working towards and then maintaining a healthy weight.
