Tender description

Trident Group has over 50 years of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8 000 people in over 3 400 homes in the Midlands. Trident wish to appoint experienced service provider(s) to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at 85 schemes owned by Trident. The opportunity has been divided into three lots — Central, North East and South. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B — Tender Requirements and Specification. Trident will utilise bespoke terms and conditions, contracts established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of 2 years. Procurement for Housing have been appointed by Trident to facilitate this tendering exercise. Trident wish to appoint experienced service provider to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at approximately 24 schemes located in the central region – Birmingham Local Authority. The estimated spend per annum for this region is 66 000 GBP (exc VAT), with a maximum value of 330 000 GBP (exc VAT) across the 5-year term. Trident wish to appoint experienced service provider to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at approximately 29 schemes located in the North East region – Birmingham Local Authority and Sandwell Local Authority. The estimated spend per annum for this region is 71 500 GBP (exc VAT), with a maximum value of 357 500 GBP (exc VAT) across the 5-year term. Trident wish to appoint experienced service provider to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at approximately 32 schemes located in the North East region – Birmingham, Sandwell, Coventry, South Derbyshire and Shropshire Local Authorities. The estimated spend per annum for this region is 62 500 GBP (exc VAT), with a maximum value of 312 500 GBP (exc VAT) across the 5-year term.
