Tender description
The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the supply of GDPR Advisory Services for a period of 3 years to include the following: include the following: - Provision of guidance and advice in relation to the implementation of the Marine Institute GDPR programme and related privacy and data security issues. - Provision of advice in relation to legal issues that may arise in the course of the evolution and development of appropriate measures, controls and policies associated with the implementation of GDPR compliance. Advice can be delivered from Dublin with no requirement to travel to Galway, other than in exceptional circumstances. - Provide up to eight separate half days training to staff of the Marine Institute in Galway in relation to GDPR. - Provide guidance and advice in relation to data processing by the Marine Institute on behalf of third parties and in relation to data processing by third parties on behalf of Marine Institute. - Ad hoc advice to the DPO in relation to data breaches and associated procedures.
