Tender for the appointment of a contractor to demolish existing garage structures and Design & Build the development of residential dwellings on Pembridge Road and Fallowfield former garage sites. Stoke-on-Trent City Council has considered its obligations in relation to the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012. As such Stoke-on-Trent City Council has duly considered how the proposed procurement might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being within the contract area and how in conducting this procurement, this improvement can be secured.
