Cobalt has recently adopted a category management approach to its procurement activities and wishes to ensure the services it procures are thoroughly researched prior to tender Cobalt is therefore seeking to engage with the market by holding individual meetings with suitably qualified consultants in preparation for its compliance consultancy services tender, which is due to be published July — September 2019 Meetings will be a great opportunity for Providers to inform Cobalt of how they would like to see the tender structured, and to provide input relating to the following areas — lot structure, pricing structure, KPIs and social value requirements Services to be included in the tender are listed below: — asbestos surveying, — legionella risk assessments, — fire safety consultancy, — FRA's, — EPCs, — FRA Quality Audits, — thorough examinations of mechanical engineering LOLER, — gas quality audits, — electrical quality audits, — asbestos quality audits, — waste advice, — occupational therapist, — tree surveying time slots for meetings are available on the following dates at 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., — Tuesday 30th April, — Wednesday 1st May, — Thursday 2nd May, — Friday 3rd May, — Tuesday 14th May, — Wednesday 15th May.
