Glasgow City Council are looking to engage suppliers across a range of consultancy-based services to provide advice and support to start-up businesses across the City. Suppliers will be required to provide a range of consultancy services to new businesses, including, but not limited to: Managing change Sales and marketing Operations Management Preparation for International Investment Pitching and Procurement Suppliers will be required to provide a range of services to new businesses, including, but not limited to: Financial Management Financial Readiness Alternative Finance Preparation for Investment Suppliers will be required to provide a range of consultancy services to new businesses, including, but not limited to: Business Structuring Board Development Franchising Valuation and Succession Governance Suppliers will be required to provide a range of services to new businesses, including, but not limited to: Long term management Business Continuity Planning Adaptation to disruptions Safeguarding people, assets and overall brand equity Suppliers will be required to provide a range of consultancy services to new businesses, including, but not limited to: Leadership and Management Capacity Building HR Support Suppliers will be required to provide a range of services to new businesses, including, but not limited to: Digital Innovation Digital Technology
