Tender description

Transport for London by itself or via one of its subsidiary companies (together “TfL”) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to install and maintain Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs). The current contract is due to expire on 5.11.2019. For this procurement TfL is following the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 using the principles of the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation as described in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. A full suite of the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) documents containing all the information can be found via: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert/Index?advertId=e6a48582-dbd2-e811-80ef-005056b64545 This OJEU is a call for competition and requires interested tenderers to register on the Procontract portal and respond to the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) by 12:00 p.m. GMT on 13.3.2019. Updated ITN documents will be shared with all successful tenderers following the evaluation of the SSQ responses. TfL is seeking to appoint a Contractor to install and maintain ATMs on TfL’s estate comprising the Bus Stations, DLR, Overground Stations, London Tram, London Underground, TfL Rail and Victoria Coach Station. TfL’s existing network of ATMs is located primarily on London Underground (although there are a number of ATMs subject to leasing arrangements on other parts of the TfL Estate). That existing network of ATMs offers a valuable service to TfL customers. TfL is seeking to appoint a Contractor (a) to install and maintain ATMs on the existing network of spaces for ATMs on London Underground (and the other parts of the TfL Estate, subject to the leasing arrangements) and (b) to expand the existing network of ATMs to other parts of the TfL Estate by installing further ATMs on the Bus Stations, DLR, Overground, London Tram, TfL Rail and Victoria Coach Station. Furthermore, TfL is seeking to appoint a Contractor who can modernise the ATM services with innovative concepts in order to grow revenues, whilst operating in a changing market environment. The Contractor will be responsible for the installation and comprehensive management of all ATMs on the TfL Estate including: installation of new ATM equipment, the day to day maintenance, performance monitoring and management, regular reporting, as well as delivery of innovative solutions to expand and grow revenue.
