Tender description

Cork County Council require full project management services for the feasibility study/masterplan to identify realistic compatible uses and make recommendations for a phased development together with ongoing care and maintenance of the complex. The design team will be responsible for the acquisition of relevant authorizations, survey, design, procurement, supervision and certification of works for at least but by no means limited to Phase 1 which will include the immediate securing and consolidation of the fabric of Mallow Castle House and farmhouse buildings.
