AIF-005 - PFCS Effluent System Modifications

Tender description

The Employer requires a method of draining effluent that arises during retrievals operations from the silo, assessing it and then dispatching it to FGMSP for disposal. Currently the silo is connected to the DPR effluent system which has large storage vessels and does not allow for ad-hoc effluents to be added via a tun dish. There is a need to allow smaller amounts of effluent to be dispatched to FGMSP than the DPR system allows but the DPR system has many benefits and therefore, a hybrid solution is required. This modification will reinstate the silo effluent system, replace its hand pump with a compressed air driven pump, and connect the two systems to provide a hybrid system incorporating the advantages of each. The scope of the task is to:  Fabricate, test, and install pipe spools and support brackets on the Compressed Air and Silo Effluent Systems.  Supply and install the air driven pump specified replacing the incumbent hand pump.  Connect the current Silo Effluent System and the DPR Effluent System.  Remove pump skid U4389 (as per MS/B14-1062/MECH/00281_A)  Reinstate the Silo Effluent System using an existing pipe spool and seismic isolator. Note, this is a modification to an existing system. Refer to task Specification SP/B14-1062/PROJ/00173/A
