Nottingham City Council (hereafter “the Authority”) is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified Contractors for the provision of green waste composting services. Nottingham City Council is inviting tenders to undertake a contract for the handling and subsequent processing of compostable garden waste emanating from: — seasonal fortnightly kerbside collections from approximately 95 000 properties, — waste delivered by residents to the City’s Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC), — seasonal collection of leaf clearance — such materials will be collected over the autumn period via Nottingham’s Public Realm Services and bulk delivered via the City Council’s own transfer station.
