7365: Café in the Library Concession Contract

Tender description

Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for providers to work in partnership with to manage, the Café in the Library which is situated within the Council's New Head Office - named Tameside One. Tameside One is a flagship development and is Phase 2 of the multi-million pound masterplan named "Vision Tameside". Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council and Tameside College are working in partnership on an ambitious redevelopment strategy to bring greater economic prosperity and transform learning and skills in Tameside. Within Tameside One the relocated Ashton Library sits as the main public facing service located on the ground floor. This space will be an open, welcoming and legible double height space that integrates into the retained Grade II listed Waterboard Building façade.
