The Provision of a Contract for Management Services for Dublin Chinese New Year Festival (DCNYF) 2019

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to award a Contract for Management Services for Dublin Chinese New Year Festival (DCNYF) 2019 for a period of 6 months from September 2018 to March 2019. It is intended to retain the services (subject to satisfactory delivery of the 2019 Festival) for the 2020 and 2021 festivals, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council. The successful tenderer will work with Dublin City Council to deliver DCNYF 2019. They will be advised by a Steering Group drawn from the Chinese Community in Dublin, The Chinese Embassy and the Irish/Chinese Cultural Community. The successful tenderer will be responsible for successful delivery of the DCNYF within the required timeframe and budgetary constraints. The successful tenderer must have the ability to understand the budgetary constraints of an established Festival in the current economic climate while building on the strong partnerships and collaboration to date. The successful tenderer will work closely with Dublin City Council, DCNYF Steering Group and the contracted PR and Design teams. Please see the tender documents for full details.
