Sydney Gardens Project: Consultant Landscape Architect - RIBA Stage 4

Tender description

The Bath & North East Somerset Council (BANES) wishes to appoint a single provider for the provision of landscape architecture services. The provider must have Chartered Landscape Architects who have the appropriate skills and experience of implementing landscape schemes within a heritage context. The overall scope of this tender is to provide RIBA Stage 4/ LI Stages E-J through design development, discharge planning conditions, completing Technical Design, and putting together a Tender Package for Contractors to bid for the construction of the scheme. There may be opportunities to be involved in the RIBA Stages 5-6/ LI Stages K-L, however any extension of the contract beyond RIBA Stage 4 will be determined before the end of December 2019.
