The purpose of this exercise is to explore the market for suitably experienced potential suppliers of Timetabling Software. The University would like to improve the timetabling experience to all students and staff by reducing the number of timetable clashes and providing more user-friendly timetables. There are a number of ways in which this challenge is being addressed, but a key aspect is to implement a new software system that will equip Departmental Timetablers with the tools required to plan and administer course timetables flexibly. Through this Early Market Engagement exercise, we would like to invite suppliers to provide an indicative quotation and summary of their relevant experience in this field. The University of Warwick is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive.
