Social work services without accommodation

Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of short break for disabled children and young people. This is a collaborative procurement with 2 partners which include the City of London Corporation and the City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The London Borough of Hackney will lead this procurement on behalf of its partners and they are seeking to appoint providers with proven experience in delivering short break services. The DPS will comprise of six (6) categories: — category 1 — holiday play-schemes, — category 2 — after school clubs/activities, — category 3 — weekend clubs activities, — category 4 — teenage clubs/provision, — category 5 — outreach-based 1:1 activities and — category 6 — highly specialist needs 1:1 services. The DPS will be for a period of five (5) years with an estimated value of 2 140 000 GBP. It is intended that the DPS will commence in November 2019. The services required under lot 1 are holiday play-schemes. The services required under lot 2 are after school clubs/activities. The services required under lot 3 are weekend clubs activities. The services required under lot 4 are teenage clubs/provisions. The services required under lot 5 are outreach-based 1:1 activities. The services required under lot 6 are highly specialist needs 1:1 services.
