Tender description

The Rivers C of E Academy Trust are currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service for 8 schools in the Trust. The contract is being offered for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 18.2.2019. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. Several members of the cleaning team are part of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and an application for Admitted Body Status will also be part of this procurement. The Rivers CofE Academy Trust, which Burlish Park Primary School will be joining, are currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The service at Burlish Park Primary School is presently delivered by an in-house team. The contract is being offered for a 3 years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 18 February 2019. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time.
