Tender description
Service under this contract entails the provision of waste marketing services. The service will entail the provision of targeted marketing services, including creative development, production, multi media planning/buying (including digital), print, web and monitoring and evaluation to achieve behavioural change and evoke actions to reduce, reuse and recycle waste in Devon. The Contract will be for an initial service period of 36 months with option to extend by periods totalling a maximum of 24 further months.
