Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Tender description

Langstane Housing Association is looking to procure and appoint a suitably qualified and realiable supplier to deliver annual safety checks, responsive maintenance to gas and renewable heating systems for a 3 year period from 9:00 1.4.2018 to 9:00 1.4.2021 (inclusive), with a possibility of extending the contract up to a further 2 years. The service will cover properties across Langstane's operational areas which are Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. This procurement is being carried out as part of a restricted dual procedure with a copy of the ESPD, project brief detailing scoring methodology being attached with this notice. A full scope and suite of documents will be made available including master property list, specifications, contract particulars and quality standards should you be asked to submit a tender. The principle objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to provide the following services to the Association: — annual gas servicing, — gas responsive repairs and maintenance, — planned replacement of gas heating systems, — renewable heating sources servicing, — renewable heating sources repairs and maintenance, — renewable heating sources installations, — Servicing of commercial boilers, — renewal of commercial heating systems, — repairs and maintenance of commercial boilers. The contract will be divided into 3 geographical lots and procurement will be conducted through the use of the restricted procedure.
