Clarion would like to invite potential heating specialist providers to our Bidders' Day on 20.3.2019 to learn about Clarion’s values and our upcoming national heating procurement. Clarion has an opportunity to review and re-profile our current contract areas together with the scope of works to deliver a fit for purpose, cost effective heating maintenance and service contracts to our customers nationally. The Bidders' Day provides us with an opportunity to clarify our heating procurement scope, geographical areas and answer any questions about the heating contracts before the tendering process commences in earnest. Please register https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ to access the agenda The access code is 6J84HWBUTK The contract scope of works will include (but may not be limited to): 1) Domestic gas; 2) Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG); 3) Solid fuel; 4) Oil; 5) Commercial gas (self contained); 6) Heat Interface Unit’s (HIU); 7) Unvented cylinders (in properties that have a gas supply only); 8) Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; 9) Communal plant rooms (1 or more communal heating sources and distribution network); 10) Third party managed energy centres; 11) Energy Performance Certificate’s (EPC); 12) Reactive domestic boiler replacements.
