Tender description

The Scottish Government acting through Marine Scotland operates a fleet of 3 marine patrol vessels (MPV Hirta, MPV Jura and MPV Minna) and 2 marine research vessels (MRV Scotia and MRV Alba Na Mara). These vessels must be fully crewed to enable them to sail. The Scottish Government wish to set up a Framework Agreement for temporary crewing of our vessels.
