TfL are looking for the provision of Temporary Labour to provide customer assistance during planned track and station closures. This involves sourcing, deploying and managing temporary workers to act as a point of assistance for LU customers during planned closures. TfL will be issuing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) for this procurement. The MSQ allows TfL to engage with the market and help gather information to be built into the upcoming specifications for this procurement. This gives potential suppliers the opportunity to offer suggestions that may tailor the procurement more favourably to the current capability and capacity of the market.
