Quantity surveying services

Tender description

SEAI proposes to appoint a suitable quantity surveying services consisting of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a chartered quantity surveyor and all specialist services (mechanical electrical building services quantity surveying, life cycle costing and value engineering and management) to provide full quantity surveying and cost management services throughout the design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of a 2 500 m2 CAT B fit-out across 2 floors. The quantity surveying services will be required for preliminary stage, detailed design stage, tender, construction and handover. SEAI proposes to appoint a suitable quantity surveying services consisting of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a chartered quantity surveyor and all specialist services (mechanical electrical building services quantity surveying, life cycle costing and value engineering and management) to provide full quantity surveying and cost management services throughout the design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of a 2 500 m2 CAT B fit-out across 2 floors. The quantity surveying services will be required for preliminary stage, detailed design stage, tender, construction and handover. The proposed works will comprise the fit-out of circa 2 500 m2 net (between the 3rd and 4th Floors) in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 (the “Premises") for office accommodation. The fit-out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas. The main building works (shell and core and CAT A works) are complete. The works are to be completed by the end of September 2019 to allow occupation by the SEAI in Q3 2019. Applicants should note that construction (fit-out works) on other floors in the Three Park Place development will be ongoing during the fit-out works.
