Tender description

The Council is seeking a service provider to deliver a personalised direct payment support service to eligible customers on behalf of West Sussex County Council and West Sussex Continuing Healthcare (across the county of West Sussex). The service consists of 2 elements: (a) a universal information and advice service on all aspects of direct payments/personal health budgets; and (b) an intensive core employment service for customers who are eligible to receive a direct payment or personal health budget and have chosen to use this to employ a personal assistant. The services under the contract are described in detail in Document 02 the service specification.
