Tender description

Hampshire County Council intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of voluntary staff benefits and lifestyle discounts. Services will be required to be delivered through a stand alone online discount portal. It is anticipated that the service will include a range of flexible voluntary staff benefits and lifestyle discounts to promote financial, physical and emotional wellbeing. The service must provide flexibility in the choice of benefits with scope to include additional benefits and to enable personalisation of benefits for employees. This will need to include engagement with the SME market within Hampshire. Hampshire County Council is not procuring a subscription service. The security of employee personal data will be subject to assurance by Hampshire County Council’s Risk Officer(s).
