Tender description

The Sussex Kidney Unit is the main tertiary provider of renal services for East and West Sussex. The unit are undertaking a review of the home dialysis programme with a view to modernise and expand the service. At present there are 42 home dialysis patients and 3 self-care patients within the unit. The Trust wants to review the supply market for home dialysis equipment and consumables which will support the desire to increase the number of home dialysis patients through the provision of easy to use, patient friendly, compact, space saving systems, which are easy to clean and allow data capture and facilitate remote monitoring. The purpose of this communication is to engage the supplier market and establish interest. We wish to invite interested parties to discuss this opportunity and provide information on the machines/products currently available.
