Tender description

Onward Homes Ltd (the Group) is seeking to appoint a Kitchen manufacturer who has the experience to provide materials, and support Onward Homes in their replacement kitchen programme of works throughout the North West. Including their offices, general needs, supported housing, sheltered housing, leaseholders/shared ownership and other rented housing units owned and managed by the group. The contract duration will be for an initial 5 calendar years calculated from the first day of the appointed service provider being online and fully operational, however, an option will be made available for an optional contract extension of a further 5 years, which is to be agreed by both parties a minimum of 3 months prior to the end of the initial 5 year term.
