FIRE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CLANMIL HOUSING GROUP

Tender description

The Contracting Authorities wish to appoint a suitably qualified entity to provide a full Fire Engineering Consultancy service. The successful Tenderer will provide assistance to the Contracting Authority in delivering their respective development and planned maintenance/refurbishment program. A detailed Scope of Services required is provided in Document 02 – Scope of Services – Fire Engineer. Contract period: 2 years with options to extend for 2 periods of 12 months. To consider capacity issues the Contracting Authorities maintain the right to appoint a reserve consultant to be called off as when required dependent on capacity issues or any conflict of interest. Clanmil also reserve the right to fulfill requirements by other means than this contract.
