Tender description
The Port of Milford Haven invites Proposals for the provision of Monitoring and Evaluation Services for 3 separate elements of the proposed Pembroke Dock Marine development: 1) Pembroke Dock Building Adaptations; 2) Access Infrastructure and Additional Berthing Facilities; 3) Terrestrial Site Development. To provide an independent evaluation and evidence, where possible, on whether/how the project has delivered against the aims and objectives of the various Business Plans. To provide Monitoring and Evaluation services in relation to Access Infrastructure. Monitoring & Evaluation services in relation to terrestrial Site Development at Pembroke Dock Marine.
