Enfield Schools and Early Years Improvement Services require additional capacity from an appropriately experienced School Improvement Adviser as part of our SIA team for the academic year 2018-19 up to a maximum of 10 days. Using contextual knowledge of Enfield and recent experience gained as a Headteacher: To be deployed to support middle leaders in Enfield RI (Requires Improvement) schools through developing a 3-session support package (approximately 1 day of time) and to trial it at a designated school following on from the SLT/MLT sessions with a view to extending the package to other RI schools where appropriate. To support Rapid Recovery Reviews where needed as an 'outside pair of eyes. These will commence in March 2019. The Appointed person will regularly feedback progress to The Head of Standards and Curriculum, Enfield Council as part of the monitoring arrangements, who will provide support and guidance as necessary.
