Tender description

Energy performance certificates and energy audit reports framework, for non-domestic properties, for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for 1 year + 1 year. Fife Council is looking to engage with a Contractor, who will provide EPC’s and Energy Audit Reports for around 168 sites with an approximate total conditioned floor area of about 500 019 m2, over a period of 2 years. There will be an option to extend for 1 year to provide EPC’s and Energy Audit Reports for around 54 sites with a total conditioned floor area of about 63 638 m2; plus 1 further 1 year for a further 20 or so sites with a total conditioned floor area of 71 118 m2.
