Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Enforcement Agency Services. There are no guarantees as to any maximum or minimum volume of services to be delivered during the terms of the DPS. Providers must note that the model call off terms and conditions attached to the DPS may be changed in whole or in part by the Contract Authority. Where this occurs, the Contracting Authority will choose to use its own standardised terms of supply or elect to accept a providers own standardised terms and such will be included within the details of the further competition. A Contracting Authority may choose to award the call off contract to more than one provider. Contracting Authorities also reserve the right to include ancillary services as part of their invitation to tender which fall outside of the Regulations
