We are hosting 2 supplier engagement events in Bristol, to introduce the project: on 25th February: 1) 09:00 – 12:00; 2) 13:00 – 16:00. Each session will commence with an overview of the requirements and current scope, an open Q & A session and 121 slots with procurement experts from the West of England are your opportunity to feedback on our proposed approach. 121s are limited to 15 minutes. Due to venue capacity suppliers are limited to 2 individuals. The West of England Combined Authority (WECA) is leading a project to establish a 4-year Design Professional Services Framework, to provide support for WECA specific projects and projects from Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council and South Gloucestershire Council. We are estimating approx. 6 000 000 GBP spend each year through this framework. Non-participation in the engagement day shall not prevent any supplier from participating in any resulting procurement exercise or any future events.
