The Contract is to be completed within a 2-month period between February, March and April 2019. For example: As 'a National Governing Body for Sport' I need to 'know detailed information about facilities including their location, accessibility, age, size, operational status etc' so that 'I can strategically plan the provision of facilities to grow participation'. Existing Team Provider is to undertake the review on their own but in doing so they will engage with a number of identified stakeholders. Current Phase Not started Skills & Experience • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the project objectives and relevance to Sport England and the wider sport sector. • Evidence expert business analysis skills and experience to identify and assess requirements, risks and solutions through appropriate communication approaches. • Evidence ability to document requirements, risks and solutions in a clear and concise manner using written and visual formats with the appropriate level of technical details • Evidence expert technical knowledge of data standards, data sharing formats, data maintenance approaches and data service integration with awareness of relevant legal protocols. • Evidence ability to both conceive technical solutions and determine the feasibility of solutions through the assessment of costs and benefits. Work Location Work can be undertaken remotely but key stakeholders will be located in major cities, in particular London. Working Arrangments Provider is to undertake the work in an efficient manner to maximise time committed via a combination of online/conference calls and face to face meetings. Additional T&Cs In addition to the standard DOS terms and conditions, the supplier will also be required to sign up to the Sport England Data Processing Agreement No. of Suppliers to Evaluate 3 Proposal Criteria • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the project objectives and relevance to Sport England and the wider sport sector.
