Tender description
This is not a call for competition. The purpose of this prior information notice (PIN) is to follow-up on a previously advertised request for information from September 2018 which examined the capacity of service providers to provide a suitable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eProcurement solution for the Public Sector in Ireland. As part of this current process we are looking to focus attention central purchasing capabilities/functionality in order to determine the service providers’ approach to the provision of central purchasing and understand the capabilities and scalability of such functionality among service providers and gain an understanding of what the market can offer in terms of online solutions for drawdown from centralised arrangements. Market operators are hereby invited to participate in this market information exercise and complete the attached Request for Information. This is not a call for competition. Completed responses should be emailed directly to the Office of Government Procurement at the following email address etendersproject@ogp.gov.ie and they must be received by 13.00 on 15.1.2020. Clarifications in relation to the RFI should be sent to etendersproject@ogp.gov.ie not later than 13.00 8.1.2020 and queries received after this date will not be addressed.
