THE PROVISION OF CARE AND SUPPORT AT HOME FOR ADULTS AGED 18 YEARS AND OVER

Tender description

Sunderland City Council are issuing a call off against the Flexible Procurement Agreement for the Provision of Care and Support at Home for adults aged 18 years and over. The service is modelled on five geographical localities split into 10 zones based on the geographical locality postcodes. The Service will cover new care and support packages that are required to support Individuals in the Zone in which they reside. There is no intent transfer any current care packages from existing care providers, it is anticipated that they will remain with their current care provider. The Council are looking to appoint a provider for each of the 10 zones and providers may bid for 1 or all 10 zones. To support sustainability a maximum of 2 zones will be awarded to a single bidder and each of the two zones will be in a separate locality.
