Repairs and maintenance to Great Western Healthcare Primary Care Network Demises

Tender description

The Authority is seeking offers from providers for the repairs and maintenance works at the Great Western Healthcare's Primary Care Network demises in Swindon. The works are required in three operational GP practices in Swindon and are as described in the tender documentation. As part of this process, you will be required to provide a commercial response which covers all tasks for phase 1 of the works. Interested bidders will be expected to attend a site visit to ensure consideration is made for the complexities of the site and to ensure accuracy in submitted prices. Please note that the successful provider must be considerate to the fact that the works will be completed in fully functioning GP practices and it will be the expectation that workers are considerate to the environment in which they will be in. The scope may extend to incorporate another GP practice in Swindon, but this will be subject to a separate benchmark to verify value for money. It is the expectation that the contract will be let on a 2 year term.
