Market Engagement - Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration Service for Coventry and Warwickshire CCGs

***THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT ONLY*** NHS Arden & CEM CSU, on behalf of NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG, NHS Warwickshire North CCG and NHS South Warwickshire CCG are looking to run an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) process for the provision of a Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration service. As part of the process, the commissioner is looking to hold a market engagement event in order to consult with the market on the composition of the specification and the proposed terms of any new contract. It is also the commissioners intention to gauge interest of the number of providers interesting in delivering the service and the area(s) they are able to cover. The event will also enable the market to gain insight into the proposed procurement methodology and provide an opportunity for providers to raise questions with the commissioners. As part of the engagement process, the commissioner is making the service specification available for providers in advance of the engagement event, and this is attached to this advert. Providers are asked, when booking a place on the event, to answer a short survey which the commissioner has compiled in order for the commissioner to gauge the market's views prior to the event. The results of this survey will be shared as appropriate at the market engagement event. The responses will also enable the commissioners to plan the event appropriate so it address any requirements of any proposed providers. Providers will also be able to raise any queries they may have in advance of the event so that the responses to these can be shared in the form of an FAQ for circulation at the event. The commissioner will use the input gained from the market to inform the final service specification. Providers can book their place, respond to the survey and raise any queries via Eventbrite.
