Tender description

Internal completion & fit out works to specific areas within the new Sylane Community building (currently under construction) including, Community Hall, Community Hall WCs/Showers, Kitchen/Meeting Room, Accessible WC, Storage/WC Room, Medical/First Aid Room, Officials/Community Clubs Shower Room, Community External WCs (2No.), Plant Room, Storage Room & Associated attic space. Supply and installation of specified fixtures and fittings. Building Services installation to the specified areas including supply and installation of specified sanitary ware. Associated external works including community footpath, associated external lighting, disabled parking space, treatment plant and associated works. Commissioning and handover in accordance with the tender documents.
